Welcome to Seedance 2.0, powered by ByteDance's Dual-Branch Diffusion Transformer technology. By accessing or using our service at seedance-20.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description
Seedance 2.0 provides AI-powered video generation capabilities:
• Generate multi-shot narrative videos with synchronized audio from text prompts
• 2K cinema-grade resolution with broadcast-quality output
• Text-to-video, image-to-video, audio-to-video, and video-to-video modes
• Phoneme-level lip-sync supporting 8+ languages
• Persistent character identity across multiple shots and scenes
• Director-level camera control and cinematic composition
• Videos lasting several minutes with consistent visual style

2. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
You may use Seedance 2.0 for:
• Creating original video content from text descriptions or reference media
• Commercial video production, marketing, and advertising materials
• Personal creative projects and social media content
• Educational materials and training videos
• Portfolio development, client deliverables, and presentations
• Multi-language video production with native lip-sync

You must not:
• Generate inappropriate, harmful, misleading, or explicit video content
• Infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or replicate Seedance 2.0 AI models
• Create unauthorized deepfakes or misuse likenesses without consent
• Upload source images or audio that violate others' rights or privacy
• Resell or redistribute credits to third parties
• Use automated tools to circumvent usage limits or security measures

3. Content Creation and Source Materials
• You are responsible for all prompts, images, and audio you provide
• Source media for generation must not violate third-party rights
• You must have legal rights to use any uploaded materials
• Content moderation systems may flag or block inappropriate requests

4. Intellectual Property Rights
• You retain full ownership of prompts and creative concepts you provide
• Generated videos are licensed to you for personal and commercial use
• You may not use generated content to develop competing AI services
• All ByteDance and Seedance trademark elements remain their property

5. Billing and Subscription Terms
• Basic video generation available without subscription
• Premium plans offer extended features, priority rendering, and longer durations
• Subscription plans automatically renew until cancelled
• Credits are allocated based on your chosen plan
• 30-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time subscribers
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice

6. Data Security and Privacy
• All interactions are secured with industry-standard TLS encryption
• Generated video files are automatically deleted after 30 days
• Source media is stored securely and deleted per retention policy
• Users must be 18 years or older to create an account
• Personal data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy at seedance-20.com/privacy-policy

7. Service Availability and Limitations
• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Credit usage is final; unused credits cannot be refunded
• Generation may be limited during peak demand periods
• We reserve the right to moderate or remove content violating our policies

8. Limitation of Liability
• Seedance 2.0 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months
• We are not responsible for the accuracy or suitability of generated content
• Users indemnify Seedance 2.0 against claims arising from their use

9. Termination
• Either party may terminate service with 30 days' written notice
• We may immediately suspend accounts for terms violations
• Upon termination, access to credits and generated content will cease

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by United States federal law and California state law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco County, California, except for claims seeking injunctive relief.

11. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. Significant changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days prior to taking effect.
